From vision to action: Rural Pact Conference highlights report now available

The report from this major Rural Pact stakeholder gathering held on 16-17 September 2025 in Pecq, Belgium, summarises the key outcomes of the event. The Conference brought together over 250 participants from 27 EU Member States and beyond to advance the EU rural vision and shape the next phase of the Rural Action Plan.

The report highlights that achieving the vision’s goals will depend on stronger coordination across all levels of governance, better access to funding for local actors, and systematic rural proofing of EU and national policies. See also a bite-sized overview of the Conference.
