New catalogue showcases 31 local solutions to talent and territorial challenges across EU regions

Explore a catalogue of 31 good practices tackling regional and thematic talent challenges across Europe! The publication, produced by the Talent Booster Mechanism working groups, highlights replicable initiatives implemented by local and regional authorities, and community organisations.

The catalogue is intended for policymakers, practitioners, and regional stakeholders committed to supporting vibrant, inclusive, and resilient talent ecosystems throughout EU regions. 

The selected practices address local talent retention, inclusive entrepreneurship, and rural service provision through place-based strategies through examples of digital hubs, health upskilling centres, and incubators.

Seven territorial good practices prioritise urban–rural linkages, quality of life, and access to services, identifying community-based efforts that bolster rural resilience.

Discover a model to engage rural youth through local training in agri-food innovation, combining tradition with cutting-edge know-how in Galicia, Spain. Read about fostering entrepreneurship and countering outmigration by turning abandoned buildings into rural co-working and service hubs in Campobasso, Italy.

Look out for the forthcoming toolkits on inclusive rural services, gender equality, and urban‑rural mobility to be developed by the ‘territorial’ working group.
