Conduct a needs assessment to identify the needs faced by rural areas (Catalonia) and prioritise the most pressing issues that BETA Technological Center can address. Share learned experiences with the Rural Pact Coordination Group, in order to be valuable in shaping effective initiatives and addressing key challenges.
