The Territorial Agenda 2030 is an important plan that focuses on strategic spatial planning and strengthening policies for different areas.

Its primary goal is to foster an inclusive and sustainable future for all places in Europe while contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. To reach this goal, the Territorial Agenda 2030 supports, among others, strengthened cooperation between and across spatial levels, including urban-rural partnerships.
