The RUR_DYNAMIX 2026 conference in Portugal is launching a call for papers on six thematic areas. Submit your proposal by 30 July 2026.

RUR_DYNAMIX 2026, the fourth international conference on rural dynamics, resilience and territorial transformation, will explore innovation, sustainability and the future of rural regions in Baião, Portugal, from 27 to 29 November 2026.
Organised by a committee of academic institutions, research centres and local authorities, including Rural Move and the University of Porto, it will gather researchers, policymakers and territorial actors to exchange on the changes affecting rural territories in times of global uncertainty.
The event will provide an opportunity to share innovative practices and research on rural development. Submit your scientific paper by 30 July 2026 aligned with one or more of the following six thematic areas: society and rural communities, innovation and rural entrepreneurship, territorial planning and landscape, climate and territorial resilience, tourism and territorial promotion, and security and human mobility.
