This event will explore the living and working conditions of migrant workers in European agriculture in the aim of developing a strategic approach to address challenges, such as abuses or insufficient access to basic services, in a systematic and forward-looking way.

The seminar will synthesise the latest and most relevant scientific research and practical insights from a wide variety of stakeholders, including those directly involved in issues related to labour standards and living and working conditions of migrant and seasonal workers.
The event will involve both policymakers and stakeholders at the EU level and share the outcomes with the EU agri-food Strategic Dialogue.
