A new publication by the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) assesses the resource endowments, institutional arrangements, stakeholder engagement, and outcomes of four European villages on their journey toward fostering innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystems.

The publication has been produced in the framework of the Startup Village Forum, a key research and innovation flagship initiative under the European Commission’s Action Plan for the implementation of the EU’s rural vision.
