The event (5 December 2024 – Brussels, Belgium) explored the untapped potential of the microfinance sector in addressing the need for affordable rural housing across the EU.
The EMN showcased two good practices: the Austrian Erste Bank and the Greek Cooperative Bank of Karditsa, both of which drive projects addressing the supply and demand sides in social and affordable housing in rural areas.
