The consultation and its related call for evidence will inform a new Action Plan which will strengthen coordination and promote a more cohesive and coordinated approach to employment and social policies.
The new Plan will support Member States’ progress towards the EU’s 2030 headline targets on employment, skills and poverty reduction. It is expected to have positive social and economic impacts, as well as to contribute to cohesion between regions and several Sustainable Development Goals.
