The European Local Innovation Forum aims to provide an informal, open-ended virtual space to take stock of where we are across smart innovation in local development in rural areas and seek what can be improved both for the present programmes and best practices but also in view of the post-2026, EU policy and funding landscape, whose discussions have already started.
The webinar aims to:
- Exploring the real implementation of the concept of smart development in rural areas, offering a practical perspective on the factors that drive or hinder progress.
- Share their experiences on how communities contribute to development in rural areas and identify key drivers for local action.
