The event will reflect on the prospects and challenges arising from the recently published EU budget, specifically regarding cohesion policy, rural development, energy transition and territorial disparities.
It will explore how to translate the EU policy directions into practical strategies benefitting rural areas and positioning Local Action Groups as tools for sustainable innovation and participatory local development.
The meeting is co-organised by Centre Européen des Recherches Socio-Économiques, Technologiques et Environnementales (CERSTE) and European LEADER Association for Rural Development (ELARD).
Italian-English simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
