Objective 2
structure and enable collaboration and mutual learning between Pact members
Description
Implement a participatory local forum for regular consultation among social actors (enterprises, businesses, local and regional authorities, civil entities) for detecting job positions in the local labour market and detecting opportunities for new jobs in our rural environment according to trends on sustainability, rural development, and digitisation.
To provide a clear vision, the training needs to provide skilled staff for these local jobs, promoting inclusiveness and people with less opportunities. This also includes the promotion of entrepreneurship among local actors, focusing in rural areas opportunities linked to circular economy or nature based solutions.
