Expected Outcomes
We are convinced that climate change, over time, will bring the population back to the "highlands" and rural areas. We need to demonstrate that it is possible to offer services in these areas and that it is possible to live benefiting from the values and peculiarities of these areas. Young people must be trained and made aware of their role as custodians of the territory, potentially abandoned (disadvantaged areas) but potentially ready to receive new lifeblood.
