EU-funded project to develop practical solutions to reduce nitrogen losses in agriculture

The new EU-funded project NitroScope will establish an extensive nitrogen monitoring network to help build a more resilient agriculture in Europe. As part of the EU Soil Mission, the project will contribute to the objectives of the Soil Deal for Europe, fostering improved soil health and cleaner water and air.

Horizon Europe funding opportunity for climate and soil projects

A new Horizon Europe call has EUR 10 million in funding available for project proposals supporting the EU Mission on Soil Health and Food, and the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change. Apply by 23 September 2026.
