The call seeks to support the development of local ‘adaptation pathways’, including a climate resilience strategy, as well as action and investment plans. It will prioritise regions and communities with heightened vulnerability and low adaptive capacity to climate change impacts.

The Pathways2Resilience project has developed a tailored methodology – the Regional Resilience Journey – providing step-by-step guidance, training, tools and resources that allow local authorities to either produce their first climate resilience plans or improve existing ones.
