The two-day event will focus on leveraging the Mediterranean diet as a strategic tool to support sustainable tourism, rural development, youth engagement and food system innovation across the communities included in the EU Strategy for the Adriatic and Ionian Region (EUSAIR).
The programme will include high-level panels, interactive workshops and best practice showcases addressing:
- Agrotourism, ecotourism and bio-districts;
- Organic, origin and local quality food;
- Youth, skills and digital tools in food and tourism.
