Join national and regional policymakers and rural stakeholders online on 12 June to explore measures for efficient implementation of the rural proofing mechanism. The Rural Pact Policy Lab will enable peer exchange and reflection as well as develop proposals and recommendations for policymakers.

The Policy Lab will improve understanding of the rationale, methods and challenges of applying rural proofing across policies at national and regional levels. It will be possible to exchange on ways of improving rural proofing mechanisms, including effective collection and use of statistics and data.
Ultimately, the event intends to develop proposals and recommendations for policymakers and identify the support and capacity building needed to put them in place.
