The WHEATWATCHER project integrates the needs of various stakeholders through a collaborative stakeholder board. It uses advanced technologies and data processing infrastructure to meet the practical needs of farmers, mill operators, and policymakers across Europe.

The project intends to bridge gaps between soil health monitoring, plant health assessment, and food traceability, fostering synergies between advanced technologies, data processing infrastructure, and stakeholder engagement.
