The 21st WONCA World Rural Health Conference will focus on the theme of integrating Mātauranga Māori indigenous knowledge with rural health for a thriving future.
The Conference will address the unique healthcare needs of rural populations, promoting the exchange of knowledge, sharing techniques and clinical skills and promoting best practices across healthcare professionals globally.
The Conference will also launch the Global Rural Health Action, Collaboration and Excellence (GRACE) Initiative, focusing on Actions that have been implemented in rural health. The expression of interest for GRACE is open until 31 October 2025.
