The Rural Pact Support Office is happy to announce that the new Conference date has been set for 16-17 September 2025! If you are not joining us at Château du Biez (Belgium), be sure to tune in for the live streaming – the link will be communicated closer to the date.

The Conference will offer two days of networking and reflect on advancing the rural vision 2040, updating the Rural Action Plan and guiding future Rural Pact actions. It will gather 250 participants from across Europe.
Please note that registration to the event is no longer open. The participant selection process is ongoing based on a prior call for expression of interest. All selected participants will receive a confirmation email from the Rural Pact Support Office, along with instructions on how to proceed with travel and accommodation arrangements.
If you are not joining us in person, you will be able to follow live streaming of the Conference plenary sessions – the live streaming link will be communicated closer to the event date.
