The event is an online information session on the European Climate Pact. It will provide a brief overview of its activities and inform about tools for engaging citizens, local actors, and stakeholders in climate action.
The session comes at the time of the launch of the new call for applications to become a Climate Pact Ambassador and Partner. Ambassadors and Partners play a key role in promoting climate action within their communities. Part of an EU-wide network, they can take part in events with policymakers, learn about EU climate policy, share experience and initiatives, and benefit from capacity building activities to boost their skills around citizen engagement, climate action and communication.
